Hewlett-Packard reported to be launch a HP tablet with the size 7 inches in August 2011 follow the 9.7-inch TouchPad debut on July 1st ago.
HP has ordered 400,000 to 450,000 hp tablet TouchPad every month from suppliers Inventec, Taiwan Economic News reported. Inventec will supply Hewlett-Packard TouchPad 9.7 inches, as well as the latest 7-inch HP tablet.
A source was quoted as saying people in the Taiwan Economic News says HP will reserve about 3 million HP tablets from Inventec in 2011.
Before the launch in August, there was no any details about the 7-inch HP tablet.
While Hewlett-Packard will launch its 9.7-inch TouchPad Tablet in the United States in the first week of August 2011. The price ranges from 499.99 dollars for a capacity of 16 GB and 599.99 dollars for a capacity of 32 GB.
Hp tablet will be sold through a number of retailers, including Amazon.com, BestBuy, Wal-Mart, and Staples. The HP tablet has a 9.7 inch display 1024 x 768, has a 1.3 megapixel webcam, with WiFi and Bluetooth.
